Those who are clean, particularly in a spiritual or moral sense. It also denotes persons set apart for the service of God,in heaven or on earth.
Jehovah,himself,supreme in cleanness and righteousness
is the Most Holy One(Ho.11:12).He is frequently called the "The Holy One of Israel"(2Kings19:22).
Jesus Christ is called "that holy and righteous one"referred to at Acts3:14.Angels of Jehovah in heaven are holy ones, fully devoted to God's service, clean and
righteous-Luke9:26;Acts 10:22.
In ancient times, humans on earth who have set apart for the service of God have also been called "holy ones"
(Ps.34:9,106:16).
And there are Christian Holy Ones, persons who have been brought into a relationship with God by means of the
new covenant. These ones are santified, cleansed and set apart for God's exclusive service "by the blood of the covenant",the shed blood of Jesus Christ(Heb.10:29,13:20).They are thereby constituted "holy ones"("saints" in KJ and some other versions)Consequently, they do not become "holy ones" or "saints"by decree of a man or an organisation but by God,who brings them into covenant relationship with himself through the blood of Jesus Christ. The term "holy ones"to all those thus brought into union and joint heirship with Christ, not to a mere few considered to have exceptional holinessIt is also applied in the Bible to them from the beginning of their santified course on earth, not being deferred until after their death.Peter says they must be holy, because God is holy.(1Pet.1:15,16;Lev.11:44)
.All the spiritual brothers of Christ in the congregations are frequently called "holy ones"-Ac.9:13,26:10;Ro.1:7,12:
13;2Co.1:1,13:13).
These "holy ones" started being gathered at Pentecost 33CE in the upper room, when Holy Spirit appeared as tongues of fire over the heads of these 120 faithful disciples of Christ. This ingathering has continued until the number that are to reside in heaven with Jesus as kings and priests had been reached. The number of anoinnted "holy ones" is recorded for us at Rev.14:1-4.
These "holy ones" are faithful men and women who have been annointed with holy spirit and upon their death will reside alongside Jesus in Heaven, ruling as Kings and Priests over the earth.
They are also referred to as "the little flock"(Luke12:32).

The Greek word rendered holy ones or saints is hagion. It can refer to God (see 1 Peter 1:15) or Jesus (see Mark 1:24) and even Christians. For example, at Acts 9:-32, 36-41, the apostle Peter visited different places and eventually came to the holy ones (Greek: hagion) living in Lydda. Clearly these saints or holy ones were living Christians. Even angels are described as holy. See Acts 10:22.

The Bible, in case you haven't noticed, has many references in many places, so you will have to be a little more specific. As many times, whoever God is speaking to is a specific group and therefore "the holy ones" can imply a specific segment. I"m sorry I can't offer you a better answer with the information you've provided.

It refers to a noble story, a lesson.
