Is it the one that gives you all the spots? My sister has some kind of allergy that makes her all spotty. The Dr. told her to wash her body with Selsun Blue. I used to be a beach bunny too. Now I wear sunblock religiously because the scars from all the skin cancer are so awful, it terrifies me to think I could end up with one on my face. The Dr said the cancers are from all the tanning I did as a kid and my teens. Give it up girl! It'll come back to haunt you, no if's and's or but's.

Like any pastime that has turned into a dangerous addiction you need to change your lifestyle. It sounds terrible but its not really.

There are thousands of other ways to enjoy your life. Intentionally exposing yourself to harmful sun-rays is not really a good idea for anyone, much less someone who has extra sensitivity.

Its sounds like obvious advice but you just might need to hear it one more time: Stay out of the sun!

Do you really want to be miserable now and then end up like a shriveled old prune in the near future?
