I love it. I suggest you an easy to make recipe (and a traditional salad) but very delicious . It's a traditional recipe of my country, which is famous for healthy and tasty food.

SPETSOFAI
You need:
•2 pounds of country sausage
•2 medium onions
•2 red bell peppers
•1 yellow sweet pepper
•1 preen sweet pepper
•2 eggplants cut in small pieces
•2 large tomatoes, finely chopped with their juice
•1 clove of garlic, sliced
•2 tablespoons red sweet wine
•50gr olive oil (about three-four spoons)
•Half of a tea-spoon cinnamon plus clove (together)
•Salt (if need it)
PREPARATION:
Cut sausage into slices. Peel onions and cut into slices. Slit the pepper open and remove the seeds. Cut into chunks. Cut eggplants in small pieces. Chop tomatoes finely and keep their juice. In a frying pan or skillet, sauté the onion in olive oil over medium heat about 5-8 minutes. Add sausage, peppers, chopped tomato and juice, and garlic, and stir until all ingredients are well mixed. Stir the wine and cover. Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm. (serves 4 )

GREEK SALAD
You need:
•4-5 large, tomatoes
•1 large red onion
•1 cucumber
•1 green pepper
•1/4 pound of feta cheese, sliced or cumbled
•dried oregano
•sea salt , pepper in dust
•4-5 spoonful top quality extra virgin olive oil
•1 dozen olives (Kalamata, green Cretan olives, etc.)
PREPARATION:
Wash and dry the tomatoes, cucumber, and green pepper. Clean off the outer skin from the onion. Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized chunks. Slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch slices, cutting slices in half (you can peel off the cucumber if you like). Slice the pepper into rings, removing stem and seeds. Slice the onion into thin rings.
Combine all vegetables in a large salad bowl. Sprinkle with salt and half of oregano, pour olive oil over the salad, and toss. Place the feta on top of the salad and garnish with olives. Sprinkle the cheese with oregano and pepper.
