Yes!
As long as you use your most valuable engine: you brain!
Be organized, follow the crowd, most of the time and while it goes towards your will. Seldom, you have to react, in order to achieve what YOU want and to become stronger!
Also, it depends what do you mean by success!
For some, it is money. For other is health, also happiness, fame, successes, physical beauty, and so on!
What is yours?
Also, what if you succeed in your goals, or what if not? Frequently we set aims which later we understand they are not wort it!
Thus, always use your brain! improve EVERY MOMENT and success will be there!
Enjoy every moment, this is the greatest success!

Make Your Life Successful!
“Happy is the man that has not walked in the counsel of the wicked ones . . . Everything he does will succeed.”—PSALM 1:1, 3.
2 Here the Bible promises something no human can offer—genuine success! But it is not talking about financial gain. The Bible itself warns: “The love of money is a root of all sorts of injurious things.” (1Â Timothy 6:10) Real success is found in pleasing God—including following the law of Jehovah. Only this can bring real satisfaction and genuine happiness! Perhaps the idea of being under Jehovah’s law and being told what to do does not sound appealing. Yet, Jesus said: “Happy are those conscious of their spiritual need.” (Matthew 5:3) Whether you realize it or not, you were created with spiritual needs—including a deep-seated need to know God and to understand his purposes. Therefore, you can experience true happiness only if you fill those needs and follow “the law of Jehovah.”

Yes, definitely, IF you are prepared to pay the price. Unless we have rich and powerful parents, in which case it's possible for a functional illiterate to get voted into the White House, there is a price to pay for success in any field.
As an example, I was Youth Hostelling with three of my children along the south coast of England, when we came across a statue of Steve Ovett. I explained to my children that he and Seb (now Lord) Coe won eight medals between them over 800m and 1500m in the Moscow and LA Olympics, including four golds. I went on to explain that I was a contemporary of theirs and had competed over the same distances, but they owed their success to the fact that they were prepared to continually make sacrifices throughout their careers.
At sixteen, and for several years thereafter, I preferred to party, drink and get up to various other unhealthy activities rather than train seriously, with the inevitable result, that although I later started training seriously again, I never reached my true potential.
This may seem obvious for an athlete, but the same principle applies to every area of life. If you want to get into a decent university, or get a good degree if you're already there, you'd better start studying seriously instead of doing all sorts of things that seem more attractive in the short term. It's even more of a sacrifice if you have to work to support yourself whilst studying, but the old truism holds, "There's no gain without pain."
If you're a Christian, you need to start treating the Bible as God's blueprint for you to reach your maximum potential. The rules contained therein may not seem very attractive to your flesh at times, but they're for your long term good.

Only you and God can answer that one. If you want success then you won't get it. But if you need it then you will try your best to make it happen. Everyone is successful in something it depends on what you think success is.

You can be a successful person in life if you put your mind into whatever it is that you want to be a success at. Set goals, and just do it! "Let it be written, Let it be done! - Ramsey

If you try to be, and if you don't get discouraged from a failure or two along the way. Remember that everyone makes mistakes, no matter who they are, and everyone fails at something in life--no one is perfect. You just have to find what's right for you.
