yes you can No trouble at all .If your worried do it in the shower first ,make sure you use a towel if you do it on the bed lol and theres no way she can get pregnant

it's ok if the lady's period does not come with menstral pain/cram coz cram cause uneasiness during sex. It's safe too, and if you must do it then do it after she just take her bath or why not in the shower. Most women bleed too much during the first day of menstration so i will advise you to leave her alone on that day, you can take it up from day two.

There are no ill effects of having sex during menstration.
The advantage is, blood is a natural lubricant.
But...you might want to lay a towel out first...

well I'm not really sure maybe it is safe but just incase, don't have sex with her if she has a ministration.
