I'm a big fan, so I'm probably biased, but to me yes. They are still going. What other Rock and Roll band of their era can say that?

Different people have different opinions on "greatest rock band", but for me they're not the greatest.

actually it's all a matter of opinion..wonder who gives off these vague titles...althought the Rolling Stones are s'posed to have earned the maximum dough touring, apart from a HUGE fan following, 'the greatest' tags and all are just baloney imho...

There were a lot of better bands about in the sixties in Britain, they had agood manager and publiscist,I also
always thought that the beatles were rather mediocre

personally as far as rock and roll go's the best preforming live band where the "Who"

while they're pretty awesome, i don't think they're the greatest rock and roll band ever. but that's just my opinion. :)

Yes! The more I listen to them, the more I love them. They really have lasted through the years. And their concerts are great!
