Receipe for Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
4 cups Milk
1 cup Water
1 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp Butter
1 Onion, chopped
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
200 gms chopped Beans, Carrots, Potatoes
Method:
1. Boil the vegetables in water on medium heat for 7-8 minutes or till tender and cooked.
2. In a pan, heat butter on medium level for a few seconds. Add the chopped onions and fry.
3. Add the flour and milk. Stir well.
4. Now add the vegetables and water. Mix well and keep on medium heat for 5 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
Tip: Vegetables should be added to soups during the last half hour to prevent overcooking.

Get a can of chicken stock at the store and use it. There is also a product called "Soup Starter". Never used it tho. Or take a couple of pieces of chicken and boil them. Or maybe a couple of boullion cubes in the water. If you don't want any meat in it at all use a couple of cans of tomato sauce and add water then lots of spices. And finally...........just start over. Veggies don't take long.

Blended vegetable soup
This is a common dish served by several cuisines. It is very nutritious especially for children. Suitable for all occasions.
Cuisine International
Main ingredients Potatoes, Peas, Green Beans, Zucchini, Carrots.
Time of preparation 20 Minutes
Time of cooking 50 Minutes
Serving 5
Ingredients 2 Zucchini ,medium size, sliced
1 Potato ,medium size, cubed
2 1/2 cups Mixed Vegetables
2 Tomatoes ,medium size,diced
1 Onion ,medium size, diced
2 Garlic Cloves ,chopped
3 cups Water
4 branches Parsley ,snipped
Salt and Pepper
Directions
In deep pan heat water and all ingredients except salt, pepper and parsley. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until vegetables are tender. Leave to cool for 5 minutes.
Pour components of pan into blender. Cover and blend at high speed for 30 seconds until smooth. Strain and put back in the pan.
Bring pan back to heat and add salt and pepper stirring occasionally until boiling. If soup texture is too thick, add more water.
Serve and garnish with parsley leaves.
Note: Serve soup with croutons made toast.

Ingredients 1 Potato ,large size, cubed
1 pack Mixed Vegetables
2 Zucchini ,medium size, diced
3/4 pack Cauliflower
3 branches Celery ,snipped
3 cups Chicken Broth
Salt and Pepper
Directions
Cut zucchini into any shape and tear celery into bite size pieces.
Boil all vegetables in water in a deep pan until semi tender. Add broth, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
After about 10 minutes, add salt and pepper.
Note: Add zucchini after about 15 minutes since it takes less time to boil.
Tip
You can use 2 stock cubes and dissolve them into 3 cups water instead of the broth.

i love broccoli and potato soups. you may puree the broccoli, and somewhat potato and upload tiny chunks of the perfect potato to make a large soup. yet another large one is an asparagus puree (steamed then pureed), with veggie inventory and chunks of sweet potato. i understand a few of those would no longer sound reliable- yet they do have a good style and texture. you'll get butternut squash broth or make it your self, it is going large with chunks of sweet potato asparagus and broccoli. in case you elect better of a non-vegan option.. attempt cream of broccoli and cheddar. Edit: to puree, cook (steam, or bake) greens, then position in blender, upload soy milk or rice milk, to get wanted texture, or a veggie broth Edit: Forgot this one, you may purchase Udon programs, no longer all are vegan, yet you may upload at the same time as cooking, some Kale- Collard vegetables, and spinach and it comes out remarkable

while stock is the best Idea to ensure proper flavours and nutrients, Its not the necessary ingredient.
If you eat meat/ chicken etc... make chicken soup, and add the vegetables in the last minute stirring.....

make thin white saucw add veg in it lots of bitter,salt n pepper,sauce.its amazing or churn the boiled veg n add salt, pepper,sauce ,butter,coriander leaves.either ways its yummy
