I`m a healthy 22 years old man and i have not been sick. I`m anti-HCV positive, HCV PCR negative and have my liver enzymes in the normal level. I`ve got a man and he loves barebacking a lot. Should i allow him to have sex with me without condom? If we decide to bareback can we do anything which will decrease the risk?

Well if you are both medically checked and found clean of any STD's, AND not having sex with anyone else..there's really no reason not to bareback.
But you have to be absolutely 100% certain sure about both these things. The guy has to be trustworthy..
Otherwise... better safe than sorry..

You are positive for Hepatitis C, but you're not experiencing any chronic symptoms of the disease.

You should use a condom at all times because your Hepatitis C was passed to you by having unprotected sex with an infected partner. This means you can pass the Hepatitis C virus to the partner you are sexually active with.

You should use a condom at all times.

Don't play with other peoples lives.

Use a condom and stop being a stupid man. You should think more of yourself than letting some other man have sex with you and not use a condom, stop! think! put a condom on!! live longer!
