Yes but some do not give you the chance to speak at all. They occupy the centre seat and go on talking. Your opininon is not asked. No chance given. If you stand up they order the guards to throw you out.
The next type is yopu get your chance to speak once and if you sit down immediately some one else would pick the mike and talk and you have to hear all boring stuff why give that chance to others ,you yourself can do better boring job.,
