Can you take a snapshot of a video and save in JPEG format?

Yes you can. Play any DVD on your PC then when your PIC comes on screen just press PRINTSCREEN BUTTON on your PC keyboard. Now close your DVD and then open your Graphic software like ADOBE or your windows Paint will do. Once your Graphic is open go to EDIT and click on PASTE. Hey perso your pic is in your PAINT. now save as you like

you can always go to windows movie maker,open the program....select from file menu...import collection.it may take sevral minutes but you will get the whole movie in small clips,on the side window u can play them in slow speed and choose the still that u have to click.when u hv done that u cn save it as a jpeg image format....
