I'd have to go with Twix.. Especially Peanut Butter... Remember when they had all those crazy flavors, like Cookies n' Cream and Mint?

Well, Twix gives you the chance to savor and enjoy the experience twice, at your own pace.
Kit Kat does have four "bars", but they're all stuck together and you really have to work at it to enjoy those.
So give me the immediate gratification, which I can enjoy at my leisure, and go with the Twix!
