ANY surgical incision can undergo "dehiscence " or "dehis" including an episiotomy. There are a variety of reasons that this may occur and the sequale of the event is dependent on the cause and other factors specific to the individual.
It is unusual for this to happen 6 weeks post-op. I suggest that you Google " episiotomy dehiscence "

Don't wait more than one day to get to a doctor on this: You are likely to get an infection (if you don't have one already) that could be very difficult to cure. Or it could even be fatal, if you don't get treated.
My wife has a friend who had this problem. She ended up with a fistula (connection between rectum and vagina) that made her life miserable for years.

i havent heard of it but i guess it would be possible
have you had sex before it was fully healed maybe that would do it
if you feel this has happen you need to get into see your docter asap so the docter can get you well again for baby good luck

you were probably too rough, your not supposed to bend over, climb stairs, have sex do too much house work.
