why does it when i open task manager no longer have blue bar on top of window for closing and minimzing help me plz its got my balls busted!!

It is disabled. So look for help to enable taskbar.

double click on the sides of the task manager window.... it will come back..

By double clicking on the top grey panel, it will bring all the future back and will restore as original.

some windows screens don't have it. Other options are the themes for your background and curser might be screwed up.

just put your mouse pointer on edge of task manager (border) and double click it.........
