I am living in India, & All paintings are illustrated by my brother. He has good hand in Art work

Hmmm,,, so not exactly collectable then... just selling your brother's work, and presumably he is not well known in the art world. 'Collectable' does tend to suggest that there is an element of competition for the work among extablished collectors of art - if no one already collects your brothers work, then it's a bit ambitious to label it 'collectable'. My suggestion would be to tone down the claims of collectable and just try to sell them locally as original art work.

try finding out about people who like such kind of paintings and are willing to buy.. could be some shop nearby or some friend or put an add in the newspaper.
