A'ūzu billāhi min ash shaitāni r rajīmi
something like, I pray to the Lord (Allah) for protection from the Evil Satans

additional info:
This is an expression and a statement that Muslims have to recite before reading to Qur'an, before speaking, before doing any work, before making a supplication, before taking ablution, before entering the wash room, and before doing many other daily activities. The meaning of this phrase is: "I seek refuge from Allah from the outcast Satan." Allah is the Arabic name of God. Satan is the source of evil and he always tries to misguide and mislead people. The Qur'an states that Satan is not an angel but a member of the Jinn, which are spiritual beings created by Allah. So the belief that Satan is a fallen angel is rejected in Islam.

Like what nick ramsey and adia2415 said

It's somewhat a prayer asking for help from our God, Allah, to protect us from the Satan(devil)

I know the exact meaning in my Mother Tounge language only. So, I can't give the exact meaning in English. Sorry. ^_^;;

its as many said " i back to God/Allah tp protect me from Satan "

and usuly saying it nearly every day ...

and sure when we start reading Qur'an ...

we say ,

"A'ūzu billāhi min ash shaitāni r rajīmi " then we say

"Besmal Allah Al Rahmman Al Raheem "
which means ..

By the name of God/Allah whom is the the (Most) Merciful and the (Most) Pitiful

then we start read the Qur'an ...

Allah / God bless you and all
