Inform police...

Nothing. Your child doesn't like the man for a number of reasons: 1) She sees an immediate connection between his arrival and your marriages demise. Whether he was there before the separation or not, she thinks that he caused it.
2) She sees that you don't care for the man either, therefore she is supporting you.

It doesn't matter if the man is an "illegal," immigrant, the truth of the matter lies in your ex wife's actions. If she is a good mother, honorable and caring person you shouldn't have a problem with the men she picks, after all she did pick you.

Express the way you and your daughter feel, in an open and unoffensive manner. Suggest that the man doesn't come around when your daughter is there, and if she wishes to go out with him, that you'd be happy to take care of the baby.

It sounds as if you're separated, but personally I do not feel it's right for your daughter to be around anyone you or your ex wife is dating. In the dating atmosphere, people tend to come and go casually, and that atmosphere doesn't seem constructive for a four year old.

My ex husband is an immigrant that used me for papers and now we have a child together, and we cant stand one another. Not always but a lot of foren men prey on women with children to get their papers. Women who are divorced or a single mother are more needy and foren men see that. If your daughter doesn't like him maybe there is a reason why. My sister didn't like my ex husband so she called the FBI and had him interragated and questioned about the september 11th ordeal. Although he came back with a clean slate, it was nice for her to worry. Besides sometimes children see things that adults don't. If you are worried then call the INS 800-375-5283 or the FBI to get a backgronud check!

well, try to meet the guy and see what kind of guy he is AND talk to your dauhter, ask her opinion about the guy.

It can be that your daughter does not like him for a reason, but it might be that she is facing too many changes in her little life and that has an affect on her.
if the guy seems like a neato person to you, then try to talk to her and tell her that you will always be her daddy but mom has this new friend she likes.
If he's "stamge" to you as well, then try to talk to your wife about the kid's safety. Hope your relationship is in such a stage that you two can have a calm discussion about it. If it does not work, make sure that the kid will live at your house.

either way, fingers crossed.

Take your daughter and make sure that she stays with you and give her mother visitation rights(you can do this before you file to be the legal guardian). In your divorce papers make sure you state that you would like to be the legal guardian of your child.

Please still let your daughter see her mother as she is still young.Remember the reason you are doing this should be to protect your daughter and not to hurt the mother.

A young child needs both her parents. Please do try to arrange time where both of you could together spent time with your litttle girl.

Need more info - Why does your daughter dislike him? A 4 year old could not like someone for the oddest of reasons. I also do not know your feelings about the man. Do you say anything negative in front of her that she could be picking up? But if she dislikes him because he is mistreating her - call INS and boot him out of there.

I don't know the residual feelings you have for her nor the pretence for your divorce. I am 4 years divorced now and if MY minor child did not like the guy my ex was dating and he was an illegal immigrant.....I'd report the bee-atch!!!!

Find out why your 4 year old does out like him. Is it because the boyfriend has done something to the child or may it only be that the 4 year old wants mommy to her/him self? What is happening in the home?

Report him and go for full custody of your daughter. Your wife is setting a poor example for your daughter by helping someone who is breaking the law.

dont report him.. and to anyone that suggested that.. f*** off!... im tired of ppl treating illegal immigrants like animals!.. wtf is ur problems?!
grrr... leave em tha hell alone!!

okay.. back to reality..
i think that everything would be fine if you just talk to your wife about the situation and then maybe she won't mind if you take ur daughter.. as long as she can visit.. so0o.....
just file for custody... its the sane and fair thing to do... and you wont have to live with the horrible feeling of having someone deported when they have done nothing wrong...

turn him in to the IRS. They are notoriously slack, so do it by registered letter and give plenty of details. They will act on the complaint because they will think the registered letter comes from a journalist trying to set them up. I do that when I can't get police to act and it works all the time.
