Okay, first of all, neither one of you are virgins anymore. Once there's penile penetration of the vagina, the virgin era is over. As for how you can make it less painful, lubricants & lots of foreplay will work. You were probably too nervous to be turned on enough for penetration. Definitely increase the foreplay, & have him either give you oral or masturbate you until you have an orgasm before entering you, or at least until you feel well-lubricated. you guys need to play with each other for about 30-45 minutes before it penetration. take your time and make sure you are really turned on and are really wet. I would suggest you mount him and slowly lower yourself on his johnson going deeper as you feel ready to go deeper. this will lubricate him better and you will relax your muscles and vagina. just hope he last long enough for you to enjoy. if he doesn't, then keep after him until you get some enjoyment. it just takes some time for you.

it is normal for the 1st time to hurt. and yes, tt is considered sex since he has oredi penetrated inside u. let's jus think of this as a sport, practice makes perfect. and as u do it more often, u will get better (and hurt lesser).

Its always considered sex when you have intercourse. Maybe the reason it was painful for you is he has not got you hot and bothered enough or he put his dick in the wrong hole

And you can still get pregnant.
And if you just lost your virginity
- it might not hurt like that the next time.
- if it does...take a little more time in foreplay.
