the guy that i am seeing is having a hard time getting close to me phycically... we really have a good time when we go out... we are good friends... but when it comes to hugging & kissing i feel shy & he feels blocked in some way... what are we sappose to do to pass this stage... i prefer him to make the first move...

Are you sure he is physically attracted to you? If so maybe he is cheating on someone else with you and therefore feels guilty when he gets too close to you. Perhaps he is just weird and you need to give him time. Tell him how you feel

ummmm.... how to say this.... oh yea, the key to a good relationship is communication.
tell him what your thinking, that you want to be closer to him, maybe even intimate... well at least open to it and see how he responds.
you didn't really give a whole lot of information.... has he had relationships in the past, is he in a relationship with someone else?

by the way how old are you..its just that you are both unaggressive..it needs time to make yourself mature to do those things..if you are still young then its just normal to pass that stage, eventually, if you'll get more mature, either of you will insist to do that.
