Heaven is as busy as its present occupants are. By the way, the dead are still in their graves. The Bible says that they await the day of resurrection.

See you are seeing Heavan as a physical thing.

Lets put it this way what would Heavan on Earth be like. Now times that by a million. That is what Heavan is. It is not a planet were we are all cramed. It's whatever we want it to be.

Mat 7:13 Go in through the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many there are who go in through it.

Mat 7:14 Because narrow is the gate and constricted is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

Mat 9:37 Then He said to His disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few.

Mat 20:16 So the last shall be first, and the first last, for many are called, but few are chosen.

Luk 13:23 And one said to Him, Lord, are the ones being saved few? And He said to them,
Luk 13:24 Strive to enter in at the narrow gate. For I say to you, many will seek to enter in and shall not be able.
Luk 13:25 And once the Master of the house has risen up and has shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us, and He shall answer and say to you, I do not know you; from where are you;
Luk 13:26 then you shall begin to say, We ate and drank in Your presence, and You have taught in our streets.
Luk 13:27 But He shall say, I tell you, I do not know you; from where you are. Depart from Me, all workers of unrighteousness!

Obviously there is no such thing as heaven. If there were and you met all your loved-ones and all their loved-ones before them, you'd end up meeting stone-age man. Frightening thought.

If God created time, then He wouldn't be constrained to it, would He? If that's the case, then He has all the time He would ever need. Or not need? Is this making any sense to anyone but me? :)
