Patience, there is no quick miracle. Long term health is what your looking for. Creatin is safe but educate yourself on it. But patience is key, fitness is a life time of work.

yes creatine dehydrates you really bad so you have to drink lots of water and avoid alcohol. Whatever you do avoid steroids. They work really well but the side effects are not worth it. I knew a chronic steroid user and he was a poster child for bad side effects. It doesn't matter how big you are cause girls don't like bacnhe and excessive hair, and those are the milder side effects. Premature balding and growing breast tissue is bad for your game. Creatine and a good diet is solid. I think there is a lot of hype about vasodiolators and other supplements but the only real gain I experienced was from creatine.

If your lifting 3 times a week and your diet is decent. Try Creatine and Protien shakes. Do both even on days that your not lifting. Make sure you drink a lot of water also. Creatine will dehydrate your body. I had great results, bench went from 135 to 210 in two months (went up 25 pounds in one week). Everything increased, just make sure you listen to your body and don't overdue it.
