A murderer and a liar!
To take a life is wrong; if you were defending yourself that's one thing. But to do it and brag about it is totally wrong, even in self defense one should have remorse for taking the life of someone else especially when they claim to be involved with God. And above all to do that and brag about it is just plain sinful.

Who shot 3 people and bragged about it? Did he/she kill them? What were the circumstances? Cold blooded murder, or self defense? Too many unknowns in your question to answer it.
I dont see self defense as murder. Another question, what do you mean by involved with god? Which god? God should have a capital G if you are referring to the one God. If you use a small g, god can mean anything.

I guess it would depend on the god one claims to pay allegiance to. To the God of the bible...it's a big problem. Either a murderer or a liar (if that person didn't actually do such.). Bad either way.

He could be telling the truth, although doubtfull. Not many "sane" God believers would ever brag about killing somebody.
