The Bible says that only God has the right to judge, and I would say nobody here has the right to answer this question. But it is still a believer's job to share the Gospel to people.

Even if people were not able to read scriptures, listen to Jesus - they still have a chance to be saved.

Everyone will see the Salvation GOD could give (Luke 3:16)

And anyone could be saved

Isaiah 51:8 For the moth shall eat them up like a garment, and the worm shall eat them like wool: but my righteousness shall be forever, and my salvation from generation to generation.

And this is true because God does what He promises.

Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

I was told by someone once that if they never have a chance they will go to Heaven, but in the end of the world it is said that everyone will be given a chance to change, so they could go to either

Honestly, I can't say. It is for God to decide. This question comes up a lot. I believe as a Christian, I should worry about doing what Jesus told me to do, which is love and serve others rather than concentrating on who gets to heaven or not.

Are you *serious*?? You think that every person who does not follow (your version of)Jesus is going to "Hell"?? And that those who have known no option may also? Here's an idea for you love, for free--I think you aready there.
I am saddened by the question, and all that it implies. Honestly. No sarcasm intended. At all.
And I would be honestly surprised if Jesus( the man, not the idea, or the political and social construct) wouldn't have been saddened by it too.
Seriously--I want to weep for the violence( to yourself as well) implicit in that attitude.
God help us .
We create the "Hell" we "go to".With our fear and judgement. And we create our "Heaven", with our love and humility. No matter what our official "religion". And btw, I consider myself Christian.

God only knows for sure, but consider what this passage from the Bible has to say and see what you think.

For there is no partiality with God. For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law (for not the hearers of the law are righteous with God, but the doers of the law shall be justified; for whenever Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things of the law, these, not having the law, are a law unto themselves, who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience witnessing with them, and among themselves their thoughts accuse or even defend them), in the day when God shall judge the secrets of men according to my gospel through Jesus Christ. Romans 2:11-16

The Word tells us that God left not himself without witness. It also tells us the gospel will be preached unto the ends of the world. In other words. noone will live their entire life without hearing about Jesus. No one will have an excuse come judgement day.

Theres no way to know for sure. The Bible tells us in nature, and the heart of Men, God revels himself. But knowing, or feeling there may be a God doesn't really save them, does it? And the idea in the Bible is that it is unforgivable to REJECT him, so I suppose it would be possible for some of them, maybe even ALL of them to get into Heaven on the Day of Judgment, but only God knows for sure.

God is just!
God has made and will make away for everyone on this earth to hear His word from one end of the earth to the other. That's why His word says It is not God's will that anyone shall perish. Before the day of The Lord (Judgment Day) everyone on earth will have a chance for repentance the choice is thier's to take. If they reject the word of God then it's the lake of fire. (Hell)
