Well, you feel hungover because you're dehydrated mostly. Try a sport drink like gatorade before you go to bed. This will help to replenish lost nutrients as well as hydrate your body.

A hangover is caused by a lack of liquid in your body, which is why some people dry heave when they're hung over. Alcohol, juices, any kind of pop and even milk, will dry your body out making you feel even more hung over. There is no sure fire cure to not get a hangover but, in my experience, if you drink 2 liters of water before you fall asleep, you won't feel the effects of a hangover the next morning. However, this amount is proportional to your body size. I'm fairly small (short & medium build), so 1.5 liters works for me. However, if you're a big guy, you may need to have closer to 3 liters or possibly 4.
Remember, the only thing to deal with the alcohol in your system is to wait it out. The only thing that will accomplish this is allowing your liver to oxidize the alcohol. However, the water dillutes it to a point where you don't really feel the effects of it.

There is this wonder vitamin called H2O that is friggin awesome. Hangovers are caused by dehydration so replenishing yourself with this wonder drug is the best thing to do. Also eat decently to bring your blood sugar up if it is bottomed out.

if u can get b12 injectable you wount cure a hang over but you will feel a whole lot better. put about 3-6cc of b12 in a coke and drinker it down, the taste isnt bad and it will ease your stomach and give you an energenic feeling. I have used this remedy for almost 20 yrs now(since high school) and it still works great. to find the injectable b12 go to any vet supply store and dont worry vet b12 is the same as for humanes just a bigger bottle and different label trust me i work in the animal health industry.
