Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

Do not take diet pills dammit. Best way to lose weight is the right way. Eat right and exercise. Dieting leads to eating disorders; a well established fact that dieting companies would never give a shet about or admit, obviously. Eat something small every 3-4 hours from when you wake up, equally about 5 small meals throughout the day. Make it healthy stuff, low calorie. Do at least 30 min of cardio a day and some weight lifting. In the long run, it'll pay off. YOu should even notice results after 2 weeks if you do that. Eating the meals like that will speed up your metabolism, which is essential if you want to lose fat. And watching the calories is good otherwise, you'd be putting them right back in your body to store as fat. So, do that, and you should be fine.

You need to have a healthy combination of diet, excercise, and motivation. Eat 5 meals a day but in small portions and start off with a 15 minute walk for a week or however you can handle. You need to give yourself some time to lose the weight, don't be discouraged if it doesn't happen in a week or two weeks. It's all about dedication and consistency. Stay away from fatty foods and choose healthier substitutes like fruit and veggies. Sign up for the local gym and/or talk to a nutritionist. Find a healthy diet that you are comfortable with and stick with it. If you can stick with it for 21 days, you will have no problem sticking with it for the rest of your life.

For the best results you should use every thing all at once.
Appetite suppresants can help in the beginning but have side effects and should only be used for a short time .
Weights and cardio exercise are excellent and should be a part of your life
A good, simple diet with mostly fruit and vegetables will help you slim and stay slim

I'd say the three at once, cause you can't loose weight just on diet pills - you need an appropriate diet...and you can't loose a lot of weight if you don't exercise...besides exercising will make you fit if not slimmer

I would say diet and exercise together. Set a goal for how many grams of fat you can eat in one day for example, and try to stay below that number. When I'm dieting, I cut my intake of grams of fat down to below 30 grams a day. I also do light exercise, like walking the dog a few days a week, and jumping rope. Did you know that 10 minutes of jumping rope is equal to running a mile? It's a lot easier, and it actually works. Hope this helps..

Rapid weight loss is detrimental to your health...you need to take it slowly. A proper diet and good exercise regiment will help you lose the weight. A friend of mine bought the Dr. Phil book that helps you change your eating habits so you can lose weight (she lost 54lbs in 5 months!). Good luck to you!!

The first suggestion is good, ESPECIALLY the warm up portion and stretch. EVERY exercise routine needs a good warm up and cool down. For some added cardiovascular exercise, try jacks for 1 minute 30 seconds and then at the end a 30 second burst of jacks as fast as you can go. This will elevate the heart rate and REALLY work you out. Doing these in intervals as the first person said, is a good way to break it down. Jacks are hard to do for an extended period of time. Best of luck!

Diet AND exercise! There is no such thing as a weight loss pill. Just pills that help lead to your eventual death.
