A foot fetishist. Pedi means foot. Think pedicure. This is the word commonly and incorrectly used in place of pedophile.

an adult who is sexually attracted to children. I think it's ages 4-12 and I think the ones attracted to babyies are called something else. And the ones attraced to 13 on up till they are considered adullts are called phenophiles I think. There might be another name for it though.
