Pls share on how you pray for the sick by laying hand
Mark 16:15-18
15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they[a] will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

The Word of God is clear that the power to heal or cast out devils comes only from almighty God and the laying on of hands is merely an obedience to the instructions of God's word .
I have observed miriculous healings by this means but it is required that the person or persons laying on of hands understands that they must be free of sin in their life and must be in complience with the wor dof God for the Lord to honor their actions.

anyone can pray for the sick, and probably should. the laying on of hands to heal the sick is a function of the priesthood, the authority of God, which only certain people have recieved from God (for instance, prophets, apostles, etc.) when that happens, that is the same as if Jesus himself were blessing them, and they are healed. to learn more, look on Mormon.org. you can also talk to a missionary (gives contact info on the website) in person if you like, and they can explain more. that's probably the best way.

I don't know, but I have a good Christian friend who was with me and my family at the hospital while I was in labor with my daughter. She put her hand on me and was praying, and she was the only one I let touch me simply because somehow deep down inside I knew it would be really really bad to scream at her while she was praying for my own pain to be lessened, no matter the fact that she was calling on a prophet for it. Everyone else I screamed at not to touch me or breathe around me, but her I just somehow managed to control myself temporarily.

Most churches that practise healing today will have two or more of the elders visit the ill person. They then gather around the person, and place their hands on the person's head or shoulders or back as they pray for him/her.

A christian(S) can place their hands on the sick,pray and see them healed.A minister can anoint a person with olive oil and pray for the sick.

Pray to the God for the betterment of all have faith and see for yourself. Any amount of telling by others won't help.
