MRI's are harmless. It sounds to me as that you may just have a nervous association with closed spaces. Maybe the fear of your own safety is gnawing at you... I would say that you just need to push all of your fears far far away from yourself.... think of a happy open field with horses running free and playing with each other... Take all of your fears and tranfer them into something that will set your mind at ease from what's going on around you. Quell your fears and you will have nothing to worry about. I am sure that if something awful was going to happen to you then the doctors would have already told you.... Just come to the conclusion that waiting and anticipating your own fear will just make it worst. If not I would suggest finding an open M.R.I. where you will feel less constricted and alot more at ease.... I'ts all about realization and acceptance... letting go of your fear to live life while accepting those around you as extensions of yourself...

I so wish you luck in your time of trouble.... and I know that you'll do the right thing when it's time for you to face the music of your fears.

Why are you having an MRI? Is it because you have been having seizures?...Who told you you had a "Grand Mal seizure?." I would talk with your doctor and have him/her talk with the staff or who ever witnessed this seizure. A seizure could cause injury because you are having uncontrolled spasms of your body and head and limbs. If you witnessed someone having a seizure just protect them from harming themselves, don't put anything in their mouth (especially your fingers) observe the seizure and report it to the EMS personal (you should have someone call 911) FOR HELP...Back to you please talk with someone before you have your next MRI...Good Luck
