File a police report and get a lawyer. Take your butt down to the police station, they probably take a statement and then send you to social services. Social services should be able to advise you further on that situation. If the health and well-being of your kids is at stake, then go take care of things. If you let this scare you and don't take steps to solve this now, the State can step in later down the road and just take the kids.

are you legally married to this man or you divorced unless his name is still on the bank account he can't touch it. however get the police involved get them acting on something because if you are taking care of the children they should come first if it wants to do the crime let him do the time. and you should not have to support him or his new wife you should think of the children and yourself. and there are agencies you can go for help. unless you have documentation that states you take care of him and you pay him palimoney not much can be done get a lawyer and the police to help in these matters

I don't understand... There IS a question in there somewhere, right? So far, it just sounds like you need to completely cut him off, and file for child support regardless of what he says. You won't have to worry about a custody battle, as from what you've said, he doesn't want the kids...

Here in Ohio, we suspend your license -- actually, all of them, won't allow you to renew your tags on your vehicle, swear out a warrant for your arrest, and offset your tax return if you fall behind on your child support while you have a current order to pay. (We did this to my ex.)

Its a sad stiuation and seems like you need to get the police involved. But you have to provide for your family. Dont allow him to deprive your children
