as others said snake crawls but man walks .
but a major difference is in their nature a snake harms (bites) only when it is disturbed but a man always tries to harm others whether an animal or a human for his own benefit.........

Both are same, only thing is that snake bites only when we hurt it and it a man is not like that, always he will be throwing poison on others
