that doesn't mean that one experienced God. I've practiced transedental meditation and experienced cosmic conciousness (so-to-say) on a daily basis. The thing is that we really don't know what it would be like if we experienced God, or if so, why would God contact a particular person, or what language God would use (lol), and even if God exists as we believe God to be.
If you're interested in God in general, I suggest studying some introductory Philosophy at a college. This way you will hear all the arguments that have held some reasonable (lingering) answers to the questions pertaining to God. Does God exist and what does it mean to us if God exists.

While one can experience God and have no mission or messge, there would at least be some kind of enlightenment that has taken place. No elightenment, then it was just an extended meditation.
But if I did came across someone caliming such an experience, I would ask certain questions to see if he truly eperienced God. If he did, I would sit and talk with him. If not, have a nice day.

We are all given directives from God through his word.
I think I would question a person that had such an experience & came away without some change in their life. 1 I would pray with them & for them. They just might need help realising where God was leading them. God is not always as deep as WE think sometimes he's so sublte we miss the signs.
I personally always asking him to be very clear with directions for me. I can be thick as a brick.

Wouldn't believe him. How can someone experience God and not have a message? If I experienced God on any level I'm sure I'd have something to talk about.

How would that man prove that he has met God directly? and would you beleive him? i think those are better questions. And if he got no missions, then obviously we must be doing something rite, cuz Gods not dissapointed then.

first of all you cannot "experience" god directly because in the bible it says that no man may see gods face and live.

Other than his own word, there is no proof that it actually occured. I'd leave it alone. He's probably just insane...
