First, DO NOT become illegal.
Generally you can arrange appropriate visas and permissions from Ambassady of the country you wish to go.
Do it beforehand and they will guide you through the process.

The usual method of visiting any country is to obtain a visa from the embassy or the consulate of that country. Thus, anyone here illegally must usually return to their own country, then go to the embassy or consulate of the United States, and apply for a visa.

Some countries have such close relations with the United States that we do not require a visa to visit, but such visa is to visit briefly (usually about six months), and NOT to be employed.

apply at the US Consulate in their country, if excepted they have 6 months to come in...or if they can get a job here, and prove that no American already here is qualified or willingto do the job, then the company can petition for them.
