personally i believe there is a life after death, since I'm a strong believer of God- but I was wondering what others think about this question.

I believe that God made us in His image and why would he do that if he didn't want us to live on in heaven with him. Then just to make sure he sent His only Son to redeem our sins! I almost died during childbirth 2 years ago and I don't think that was all there would have been to my life. We don't only get life after death in heaven but our loved ones here on earth make sure we live every day! We recall them and they are with us in our hearts.

I to believe in life after death. I believe in God as well but that is not the only reason I believe in life after death. As a kid growing up I lived in a house that was extremely haunted so this also makes me believe that after death some part of you goes on living for one reason or another.

OK, here is what I believe happens after death...and I know a bunch of you will totally disagree with me, but oh well.

I know we are put on the earth for a reason...to learn something to take with us on our next level, or life. After we die, we are given a choice to either go on immediately or just hang out for a while (hence hauntings). I am sure most of you have heard the expression "old soul" I think that states it all. Some of us have been here time and time again, while others are just on their first or second time. My daughter is an old soul, she is not as impulsive, and tends to think things over and uses logic. I think with my feet, don't know when to shut up and am so impulsive, so I am a young soul. We have both had readings done and it is just how I stated.

So, in a nutshell, that is what I believe.

Life after death we will be born again, maybe we will spend some time as beings of light ( energy ) but eventualy we will retirn to a physical form
It make sense becuse it seems rather "odd" to me that we are the reason that the whole universe was made for, it is odd to believe that we came suddenly to this world and that we will go suddenly and then will go to heaven and stay there indefinitly. It just sounds foolish and beyond the power of resaon tht we have to believe such lame stories.
I see as reincarnation as one candle passing out its flame to another new candle, the new flame is NOT the old flame but the new flame WILL NOT HAVE HAPPENED if not for the old candle. Both are interconnected.

I believe in life after death for the same reason as you. BUT. scientifically i think theres life after death cause technically after we die, we give way to creation of new life. Plants? Insects? all these in turn contribute to the food chain and this creates a cycle. Just my way of looking at it scientifically.

Yeah, because of an interesting experience. I believe my grandma's spirit showed up and talked about what the afterlife is really like. After hearing that, I have no idea why ppl are so afraid of dying, other than if they die in a painful way heh.

Yes, because the idea of fading into oblivion is too horrible to think about. To think that one's life ends like the turning off of a light bulb - then what reason is there to live if everything is for nothing.

That life is the real eternal life. It is part of Muslims belief and a logical consequence of this life. Human life has 5 stages: genetic, in uterus, this life, the barrier after death, and the eternal life.
Thanks.
