Feed it, but don't expect it to like you overnight, it takes awhile and by the time it likes you enough to lead you to the kittens they will be grown.

You can't, and during this time you need to stay away from her. She is a wild cat, and is not tame like domestic cats are, so her instincts are to protect her kittens above all else. She won't lead you to them because she doesn't know you. A cat that lives indoors with a family will also protect her kittens too, but since she knows the family members, she will be more likely to allow you to be around them. But a stray? No. It won't happen. Give her room to be a mother, alone.
You can leave some food around for her, and some water, but it takes time to build up trust.
PS: the kitties are too small for regular food yet. They need mom's milk now.

This could be very hard because this animal is wild but i have a few suggestions that could possibly help:
Get down on the cat's level. You will be less intimidating. so maybe get down on your hands and knees closer to the ground.
If you have food — use it. Food is a great tool for winning a cat's trust. So get out a can of tuna or something with a distinct smell, it will work better than regular cat food i think.
Exercise patience, talk softly, and don't make any sudden moves that may startle him.
Not much else you can do... if this doesnt help I would call a shelter if it is a serious matter.

it took me one solid year to get my stray cat to trust me. now she is an inside cat only and very very loyal. now she doesnt even want to go outside. it will take a long long time to tame your stray kitty. just make sure you put food out for her every day, at the same time every day. this is what i did for a full year. it was so cute because after awhile she knew what time i was going to put out the food. i could see her watching me from the bushes as i was cooking dinner. she gradually come up closer to the house. it got to the point that she would be waiting right on the steps outside the door with her looking in and watching me. it was almost like her watching a tennis match if ya know what i mean. then, one fine freezing january day, she put her little paws on the slider door and begged to come in. she hasnt been out side since. she is a wonderful animal. i have had her for 4 years so far. it did take her awhile to get used to the house though. she was afraid of every thing. and the vacuum cleaner, oh my god, i never knew an animal could jump so high, i laugh when i think about it. any way, im rambling on. it Will take a long time to tame your kitty and those kittys will be long gone before you tame her, if ever. i just got lucky i think. good luck

She is smarter than that. I dont think you will be able to get to the kittens even if you do follow her. They will be hidden under something or in something very small so you will have only a slim chance of getting them. Feed her and follow her, and pray the kittens are old enough to come out of hiding to you...but I cant promise it will work.

How do you gain the trust of a stray cat to find her kittens. Feeding it will help her provide for the kittens. So feed it when they get older, if you don't find them sooner, don't be surprised if her dish gets some visitors, sooner then you think.

Br patient. Feed her and stay in the general vicinity but not too close. Every time you feed her get a little closer. Let her come to you in her own time. Try using cat language. Look sideways at her and SLOWLY blink your eyes. In cat language this means I Love You. Don't make any sudden moves or loud noises as feral cats are very skittish. She may never warm up to you (it is hard to win over a true feral cat) but she might learn to tolerate you and trust you in time. Once she trusts you she might even bring her kittens to dinner at your place! They will be easier to tame. Just remember, be patient and let her come to you! Lots of luck!

Been there done that. I have a Momma cat who was a stray and all I did was feed her and talk to her. Make sure you have food out
every day morning and evening so she can eat. She will bring her
babies where the food is. You just have to let her know you are there for her and won't hurt her. All cats will bring their babies where food is. I just got my stray momma cat spayed. I am trying to catch 4 Babies to tame them down and get them homes. Their momma was hit by car and dragged herself back to take care of her babies. I caught her but she had to be put to sleep.
Thanks for caring for these poor cats and good luck.

the best way is to gain the cats trust . give it a bowl of milk and some tuna and sit there next to the bowl if it walks up to the bowl with you sitting there and starts eating and drinking slowly reach out and try to pet it on it's shoulder area now keep in mind it may take a while for it to worm up to you but given time it will learn to trust you and sooner or later it will take you to them. that is what I have done.

if u feed it,, it will keep comeing back. ,is this really what you want to happen,
2nd
if u dont, leave mother cat alone to go on with her life.
because that mother cat as soon as her kittens are big enought to be on there own, will get pg again, and more will be on there way.
I know been there, and cost me money to take care of all and get all fixed
