Two months is really young to already have your Chihuahua baby.
It is normal for a puppy that young to go pee pee that often, you will need to leave water down for him/her all the time which will cause them to go more. Usually, it is a good sign that the baby is going to pee pee that often.
Leaving the water and food down for your baby is very important because they have such a small stomach they can't eat more than a few bites at a time and they will need to eat and drink A LOT it just won't be very much at a time.
You will need to buy a tube of Nutra Cal or Nutra Stat, it looks like a tube of toothpaste. Chihuahuas tend to have low blood sugar and the Nutra Cal will give the baby the extra nutrients and vitamins it needs at this young age. You can pick it up at any feed store, Pet Smart or vets office.
These are things the the breeder should have explained in depth to you when you got your baby.
At two months of age the baby is not marking its territory, it is too young to even know what a territory is, much less how to mark it.

Definitely NOT normal even for a Chihuahua that young. Check with a vet - might have a bladder infection or a sphincter problem.

Sorta.... We tell pet parents to take their puppies out to go potty about every 20 minutes. Take them to the same spot and wait for them to go potty. When they are finished then give them a treat. Wait until the are done!!! Do not cut them off. It will be in your house . Make sure they have plenty of water. Do not feed them Pedigree go with Nutro!!!

It's marking it's territory, so don't worry until you get a golden shower. Feed it tequila because beer will obviosly make it pee more and it automatically will like tequila because it is a mexican.
