Well Jesus born and lived thousands of years before.

A simple reason we can consider for him to match the identity of the messiah is.. when majority of people belive then there must be something. This is very simple and practical way. Its like we have democracy and it goes by majority is it correct? One person, second person, third person can be wrong but not all the community and specifically that is also not acceptable that majority of people who belived that Jesus was Messiah and they have been belive since thousands of years. So these cant be wrong.

Other thing is I born in Hindu family. I am trying to study and trying to match between Loard Krishna and Jesus. Surprisingly Loard Krishna said that "Someone will come" After that if we see the latest by latest only Jesus born on the planet and we can trust on him that he was Messiah. Again whatever wrote in Bible surprisingly few things comes similar with the "Bhagwad Gita" of Hindu religion by Load Krishna.

However I am strongly belive that Jesus only born the latest on this earth and he is messiah. I can be wrong but not the other factors which proves and millions of people belive since thousands of years.

Thanks.

If one is using Christian teaches, then yes.
If one is using logic and a proper understanding of scripture, no.

Christians use Gen. 3:15, th seed of a woman as proof of a 'virgin birth', but the problem that arises is the conclusion isn't Jewish in understanding but Greek. And Greek doesn't work.

In the Original Hebrew, Gen 3:15, the word "seed" in hebrew is "zera", and its definition is basically offspring, but details change according to context. When refering to farming, it means seed and offshoots. When refering to people, offspring. Refering to men, it means seed (sperm) and offspring. Refering to women, it only means offspring (women have eggs, not sperm)

One has to remember that when Christians went looking in the Old Testament for proof that their Jesus fulfilled prophecies, it was with the preconcieved notion that the proof was already there. So just about every sentence then pointed to their Jesus.

If they were to stop using Greek points of view and used Hebraic thinking, it would change their outlook of Chruch teachings.

The wisdom of believing in Jesus is that you don't have to have proof. Your heart knows the answer to the question. The bible has much scripture that backs up Jesus as the Messiah but if you don't believe in the word of God then you can come up with whatever conclusions you like, after all you then are responsible for your beliefs but then you too don't have a redemeer to wash away your sins!
