If it wasn't for cheese I'd be skinny! I love all kinds, but my favorite is Tillamook's Extra Sharp. The Tillamook cheese factory is less than an hour away and is it ever cheeselovers heaven! I remember when all of the cheese there was done by hand and we could watch the cheesemakers (cheesemen?) cut and flip the huge vats full of curd. Now, it's all mechanized. I love their fresh cheese curd. Also, they make their cheese cheap enough in our local stores so we can afford the good stuff. Nice people!

Cheese is so tasty but high in cholesterol so cannot be the best food ever

Heck yes. At the grocery store where I work you can get different kinds of cheese like tomato and basil cheddar, or garlic cheddar, apple cinnamon cheese, or onion and chives. Tiramisu Mascarpone is good it tastes like coffee.

Depends on what type you're talking about. If you mean Sharp Cheddar, then I would say it is definitely in the top five.
