first if she has no clue who you are at all!! your first step is friendship and let her know that you exist!! then maybe if your lucky there is something in store in the future that can be more than just friends. that is how my current boyfriend and i got together!! we became friends and now we are boyfriend and friend and have and awesome relationship!! but please do not use pick up lines. if your already friends maybe you should tell her how you feel!! you never now maybe she feels the same way.

Listennnnnn...... to ya boy. If you truely just wanna be friends talk to a girl and take out the flirting. I know I know if you take out the flirting you got nothing. Just be yourself and compliment her not too much because you want to be friends. Compliment her on her shirt or jeans tell she looks nice.(Don't Sound Gay unless you are) Ex. How you doing? I saw you over there and i gotta say you are even prettier up close. (Smile) Or you can walk up to her and be like: I heard you have a beautiful smile?
If she doesn't smile then say i guess not and walk away. If see does sat wow you do. These are just to get you talking. But remember be funny, be charming, and be cute. Don't ever hint if you wanna be a friend or more just let time decide. Believe me it works out better that way.

ok, if you go somwhere to eat you can flirt with em at the register if your interested in em, or if your know someone specific, introduce urself and start talking, start off bringing her with ur friends, then start going by your self with her places, movies for a first, movies that u already seen is better to go to tho..:)
