when making white wine, the peels are removed from the juice before fermentation. It is the peels or skins that impart the red color

My family has a Knoll! They stock wines their! They already stocked more than 4000 wines! I think it's made by pure grapes, lactose and it will preserve for several years!
*It's different from red wine!*

White wine is made from very light colored grapes. No reds or blues only greens and yellows.
