Use Google's Language Tools. A link is available named 'Language Tools' on the Google Home Page.

Put the Yahoo "Translate Page" button in your tool bar. Mine has a gold fish in front of it which must be their default icon I guess, but I have used it on several web pages to get English from several languages. It works quite well except I haven't bothered to down-load the Korean or other character sets. Works fine on French, German, Greek and Spanish so far.
