Nahh, probably not but you're eyes are gonna water a lot and when you burp it's gonna smell like shyt.

No, but your stomach may begin to hurt as a result of the back pressure in your intestines. You will eventually pass the gas, probably when your asleep at night. Holding in bowel movements can cause an obstruction, so I wouldn't try it.

I doubt your body would let this happen to the point of combustion, but in theory I think its possible -- don't birds explode sometimes because they can't pass gas?

It it was possible to hold in the gas, your intestines would burst. This is what happens to some people when they have a bowel obstruction.

nope. know people that have done it just for the heck of it and no one actually exploded, but you do start getting verrrrryyyy bad cramps, and as far as I know it's not good for your intestines.
