It would really help if you provided details to your question... If you mean how do you integrate the service pack into the CD, you have to slipstream it. Reference my source.

if u have the cd with u ,and wanna make exact copy of it for ur future reference. Which software do u have to burn the cd. Anyways open tht and search for exact copy and when u find it, (first remember to insert ur xp service pack installation cd in ur drive, if it runs automatically then cancel it.) click on tht button and it will start copying it, when the cd is copied it will show (insert a blank cd message), then u take out ur xp cd and insert a blank cd and press ok. Hope it works out in ur case. If it doesn't then contact an engineer and ask 4 his assistance.
