I love Good Eats. I can't cook, but his recipes are fun and simple. I always learn something interesting from Alton Brown.

My favorite show is the old Iron Chef. It was always on at like 2 and 3 in the morning and provided excellent entertainment when there was nothing else on TV. I loved all the english translations and hearing all the Japanese in the background. The show was so serious, but was hilarious to watch. Plus even though all the food looked disgusting and consisted of stuff like shark fin, octopus, squid, etc. I still wished I could try it just because it looked so cool.

My favorite show in the Food Network is definatly Iron Chef America. OMG I love that show!!! The fast pace, the different foods, the unknown ingredient all makes it exciting for me. I love to imagine that I am a critic and that I have to judge the food also. I also do that when my dad cooks and he tells me I watch to much tv. Lol

Giada's name is pronounced jee-ah-duh day lah-rent-us... such an interesting name, isn't it? My personal favorite is Paula's Home Cooking... that Paula Deen is such a character!
