First of all, how could Satan be your accuser unless he was a part of the Heavenly court? (Re 12:10) Second of all, Satan is not cast out of Heaven until there is a war there during the End Times. (Re 12:7-9) After that, there is no longer an accuser.
Either people believe the Bible or they don't, and if they don't then what can they believe? Opinions?

Satan the Devil removed himself from the heavenly court, or God's heavenly family when he rebelled. By the time of Job, he still had access to God's presence, but not as a member of his faithful heavenly court.

Revelation 12:9 states: The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.

Satan no longer has access to God's presence in heaven.

You have something there. This individual is part of G-d's creation. The function of this one is to help you develope spiritual strength. He's your trainer. The one who puts you through training (with G-d's permission). Remember, in the case of Job, The adversary had to request permission from the Creator before any action against Job could be taken. It is clear that G-d is incharge and the adversary receives all his instructions from Higher Up. You need not fear satan (the adversary). Your Heavenly Father wants you to grow and to become spiritually strong. We follow His teachings and with His help we overcome the adversary. You are a child of the Most High G-d. You were born to be a blessing to others. Study.

Satans were Angels used by God to test or challenge man's devotion to God and his laws/ways. The idea of one Satan is mostly Christian, but there were threads of "great supernatural evil" in the more doom and gloom conservative Israelite traditions dating back to the time when God became "jealous." Christians developed the idea of Satan further along when they had to come up with reasons for why peaceful old world Pagans and other Christians should be labeled heretics and justly tortured to death in any number of ghastly ways. After all... Satanists don't cry or feel pain the same way that Godly people do...

Wow people are starting to catch on. Satan is and has always been an arch angel. The only thing is he can not be in Heavan; see Heavan is a place where evil can not exsist. God gave Satin Satin evil to hold onto (so we would truely have free will); thus Satin can not be in Heavan until the end of days when God will get rid of the evil.

I don't remember that story but I will look it up.

Yes, Satan is an angel that works at the behest of God and only at the Behest of God. It is not an independent agent as the Book of Job demonstrates

Job was written before Hebrews adopted the Zoroastrian myths about an "evil" Satan.

No. he was just visiting. As an archangel, he has the ABILITY to speak with Yahweh, but he no longer has the RIGHT to be part or partaker of Heaven. He gave that right up when he decided to rebel.
