which is the best one among SAP fi/co and Oracle finance?

It will all depend on preference. I prefer SAP, since they are the leader in ERP systems and I think there might be kinks with Oracle if you wanted to expand your ERP system, since they are probably trying to implement Peoplesoft into their ERP bundle.
