I'm at a low point. Feel rejected. I know that self-confidence is one of the main things that women find attractive, but mine has gone. How can I re-build my ego and self-confidence??? Any help would be great!

Are you hanging out with the wrong crowd? You don't say what has actually caused this...If it was a one-off knock-back then I wouldn't worry about it, because all you are feeling is injured pride (which isn't worth jack!) If this is a longer term issue the you must remember that self confidence is not worrying about what others think of you, and loving you for yourself warts and all. It seems to me that you've lost sight of what's really important. Focus on your friends and take up a new sport or hobby that challenges you. I know you're down, I've been there myself. Pull yourself up, look in the mirror and give it your best smile (I mean this nicely hon...) get over it, and get out there.

Walk every day for 45 minutes; lift weights. Regular exercise does WONDERS for mood elevation and self-esteem. Also, I know this is corny, but you could listen to Tony Robbins. Sometimes I do that until I feel better. Make a list of good things about yourself, even if they are little things. Good luck.

start by asking yourself what you would look for in another person. Then try to be your own best friend and take that advice. Getting fit and healthy is always a good start for confidence building, then trying something new like martial arts.

First of all learn from the bad points in your life... Don't dwell on them, it is ultimately self-defeating...

Find a hobby where you can meet other people... What do you enjoy doing??? Go to the gym and get in shape... Take up a martial art to stay in shape... (Krav Maga is popular at the moment)

Then maybe you can get yourself a circle of friends... It is all down to how desperate you are to get yourself out of the slump!!!

if i were you, i would give myself permission to be who i am. recognize who i am, and love him. that is not a silly statement. if you don't love yourself; how do you expect anyone else to love you? have a relationship with yourself. if you need any direction or ideas. i have a few. know that you are a great person... just give yourself a chance! you have the rest of your life to make mistakes, and have some serious victories as well! celebrate them all. it's your life. you only have one!~ do the best you can do and know that you've done youyr best. know that you are a good person. know that you are of worth. i talk to myself in the mirror and remind myself how cool i am. how good looking i am. i don't need anyone elses validation to be me. to be who i am.

spend time with yourself. develop a hobby. Stop basing your self worth on the ability to attract women.

do a little soul searching and find the things about yourself that you like, be proud of them, and let them be the things that other people see. at the same time take all the stuff you don't like about yourself and make an honest effort to change them.
