It might Kennel Cough. Kind of like the flu for dogs. Bummer but not fatal. A lot of coughing can cause vomiting sometimes.
Most Veterinarians offer boarding. Call as early as you can and explain the problem, chances are, you can drop him off and he can be seen by a doctor, be treated and boarded all while communicating with you by cell phone at the airport. We offered this service a couple of times when I worked for a veterinarian.
Try asking whoever will be taking care of him while you are gone to take him to the vet or a friend. You need to call the vet and give permission first.

Well it isn't tomorrow morning yet is it? Call the vet man!
It is expensive for sure to get one to come to his office after hours, but it is YOUR dog. You are responsible to take care of her.
Are you going to leave her all alone while you are out of the country? That is just plain unacceptable of you to do that to a living critter!

Getting back to her health, call her doctor, get her to his office, and he just might board her for you while you are gone! While finding out what is wrong with her. Sounds like she may be has something hung in her throat. Or gotten into something that has poisoned her maybe.

CALL THE VET. YOU CARE ENOUGH TO ASK ABOUT HER ON HERE, CARE ENOUGH ABOUT HER TO KEEP HER HEALTHY AND THEN GET A WAY TO KEEP HER IN THE COMPANY OF A PERSON WHEN YOU ARE OUT OF TOWN!
IT IS THE ONLY HUMAN LIKE THING YOU CAN DO.
IF YOU CAN'T DO THAT, I SUGGEST YOU GIVE HER TO SOMEONE WHO WILL!

When a dog coughs it could be a sign of heart problems. Tho
your dog is young for that problem. Give him some pepto bismol
in a little milk it he will take it.

make the time to take your dog to the vet. If he's thrown up he's dehydrated and it's impossible for a layperson to diagnose your dog. You could be charged with animal cruelty( in most states) if you leave your dog in it's current condition.

he might have Kennel Cough. its kinda like a cold or flu for dogs. you should take him to the vet! its not a serious problem, but its better to get it fix not then having your poor dog suffer. it only takes about 1 week to heal.

Try calling your vet and see if he can give some quick advice. If he says to bring him in, you can ask a friend to do it for you, since you don't have enough time.
