OK, I'm 17 years old & have never been on a date...Is there anything wrong with me or is it normal???
In my group of friends I'm the only who has never dated, & although my friends tell me it's alright, I feel down at times...especially when my friends plan group dates & I have to stay home because I can never find a date...
It never really bothered me before, but sometimes it seems like I'm never going to have a boyfriend...any suggestions?

I'm 19...
First of all, I'm guessing this MAY (not saying it is), be a problem with your looks. What you need to do is picture the person you want to be, both physically and mentally, and then acheive your goal.
Guys like me, and most of my friends are going to base girls on looks whether you like it or not, it's a competition to bring home the hottest girl... IT'S CALLED LIFE. And it's vice versa for girls too.

Oh honey, don't worry about it! Some people just don't find girlfriends or boyfriends that young, and you should consider yourself lucky, cos you've saved yourself an awful lot of heartache! I know it feels awful, and you're thinking there's something wrong with you and everything! But all that's wrong is no guy has been lucky enough to find you yet. I know people who didn't meet anyone till well into college, and even though they didn't have the experience, their relationships were much better than most, and they were happier too. So, don't worry about these things, fate hasn't forgotten you, it's just got an extra special treat in store for you a bit later. :) Everything is going to be absolutely fine, so you can relax for now. Enjoy your life as it is and stop waiting for love. It'll find you when the time is right. :)

I take it u are still in HS. Dont' worry girl, there are lots of girls who don't get dates right off. Wait till u go 2 college and how many guys they'll be there.. They will be falling at ur feet. There's nothing wrong wit u. Maybe the guys at ur school are 2 shy 2 ask u out, sometimes guys feel intimidated. U should try asking out the guy, maybe that will work and show ur personality a lil more. I'm sure if guys get 2 kno u they'll like u.

It's normal. I didn't have my first bf/real date until I was 20/19. I know how that feels...all of my friends had boyfriends and I didn't. I started even questioning how I looked...even though I was fine.
But just be yourself....a guy will come along. Just don't look for him. He will come to you when you least expect it. Mine did.

Don't worry about it, I was the same way, and i really tried not to let it bother me, but sometimes, it just ARGH! No there is nothing wrong with you. You'll find the right guy (whether he's the right now, or the *RIGHT* guy, is really irrelovant. It'll happen when it happens. Be happy and at peace with who and where you are in your life.

some time if there is a guy who likes u he'll approach u, if u like someone dont be shy ask if they arent busy on a weekend or something, get out there and have some fun, u are only young once, be safe though

just keep trying. but take risks. even though you know that guy won't suite you for marriage; give him a try. you'll know when you're w/that right guy.

You oughta go with your friends out it shouldnt matter if you dont have a date if they are your true freinds they will make you feel accepted even if they have dates!! But like one person answered enjoy single life while you can and the right person will come around!! Good Luck!!!
