Bamboo is not poisonous to cats, but your cat will never eat plant again if she taste bamboo!

Bamboo is a form of grass, if eaten by a cat or kitten it will do what grass does: upset their stomach. When cats get sick sometimes they will eat grass to help themselves throw up.

buy your bamboo and get potted grass for your cat too. cats eat plants because it helps their digestion.
