I like a lot of guys who are older than me like 15, 16, 17, 18, and even 19. They like me too I know, but not in the way I want them to. Why?

because guys at 15-17 have hormones that are attracted to the more developed ages, when chests and rears perk more. at 13-14, girls are still developing. 50 year olds like them younger because the ones around there age are over-developed. saggy boobs and butts. ;)
i'm not speaking for all, but that gives you a general idea of what men are thinking at that age.

Well... when guys are younger, the age difference is much more pronounced. On top of that, no offense intended, but a lot of people would say that 13-14 year old girls are girls, not women. Older men also tend to have different reasons for dating younger women... sometimes anyway... The two situations you brought up are a bit different =T

They do I was 13 and I was with a popular jock from high school who had a car and was 16 at the time.Also when I was 14 I had a 17 yr old boyfriend who was in a band and sings and dances like 'da bomb girl!like usher in the flesh!-but if you aren't matured in your body or don't seem ready (not for love making) but u need to be confident and try be yourself always and then your beauty will shine inside and out always and forever!!!Always member age don't always matter those guys will be just as cute oneday and they won't be old when your still young someday-unless you need a car now!!

Maturity level probably. You guys have severely different interests and activity levels. 13 and 14 yo girls are not in high school and that's a different culture entirely from middle school. Even 2 yrs life experience sets you far apart. Don't sweat it. You'll get there and see exactly what I mean. Besides older guys look at relationships a lot different than you do, believe me!

People get wiser with age. And 13-14 year olds are pretty young, and probably not mentally and physically ready to give the 15-17 year olds what they want.

maybe they think u r too young. im 15 & my bf is 17
age doesnt really matter since the gab in this situation is only a few years. maturtiy level is what counts. maybe they want a girl with a lot of maturity. then again, we r talking about teenage guys so maybe u r TOO mature & level headed for them....the smarter u r the harder it is for them to get in ur pants...

Because at that age older women are more appealing and mature in their eyes.
