um, thats supposed to be, 'and how many pickled peppers are in a peck' but whatever

1 Bushel = 4 Pecks (48 lbs)
1 Peck = 1/4 Bushel (12 lbs)
1 Peck = 8 Dry Quarts
1 Peck = 2 Gallons Dry

Pickled peppers are no longer sold by the peck. And you don't pick pickled peppers, you pickle picked peppers.

Check the condiment section of your local grocery for chili peppers in pint, quart, sometimes even gallon jars. Pickled peppers are what delis put on sandwiches.
